That room was't clean

Location vise not what I expected which I seeing from the web. They are not serving any meals . Owner also not polite to run the this hotel. when I call for make a complain he hang on me.

The room was filthy and bathroom was untidy with full of dirty. Not done cleaning. The ceiling fan was having bad noise and I could not sleep whole night. I called the property owner about this situation . He only suggested to change the room with extra cost. why should I pay an extra cost for ..?We book the room for have a peaceful sleep not a awake whole night. Sorry , I did not intend to take a picture of our room. Not suitable for even take the picture. Its a filthy place. Not recommended to any one.

Cleanness Is very poor

The room provided is not worth the money. After confirming the booking for 2525 LKR through the booking app and after we came to the property, they offered a room for 3000 LKR saying that the relevant room was given to someone else. As it was an emergency, we did not have a chance to go to another property. They never even mentioned it before we arrived on the property. The room was small and very dirty. Not a good place to stay. Would not recommend for anyone.

Room is not clean, wash room not attached, no any comfort

Wifi was ok.

The room was awful. Bed was like sleep on the street. The bathroom was 2x2 cms, the shower was like on the top of the toilet. Was mosquitos and spiders everywhere, I was there 2 nights and I coudn’t sleep because mosquitos atacl me the whole night. Then I ask for a blanket and they give me like a big towel.

Meals are not provided by the property. No Bed Tea/Coffee, No drinking water provided. The location did not meet our expectations which is down a narrow steep concrete road. The only fan was not working but a cooler was available which made a horrendous sound right through a sleepless night. Bed bugs and cockroaches added to the misery. The building itself needed a coat of paint and looked very neglected. The owners will do well to provide Tea/coffee facilities in the room and Water bottles. Representatives of Bookings.com should visit these properties to check out the location and facilities before recommending them to their customers.
