The Host was great, friendly and quick responsive. Location was good, beautiful view, if you like to see sunrise, then this place is for you, as it is very clear to see it. If you like to be in a quiet place then that's what you need to book, no main road near, very quiet, apart from roosters. LOL. Definitely recommend it!

This was the trip of a lifetime. The villa and staff at Aroa exceeded all of our expectations and created an incredbile 70th birthday trip for my father. The villa is modern, clean and spacious with spectacular views of the Ionian sea. The high ceilings, natural materials and open plan living create a relaxing indoor outdoor living environment. I 100% recommend getting up early for the sunrise view! Our hosts initiated contact with us days before we left home, providing an information pack with things to do on the island and other general information for our trip. From before we arrived until our departure we received 5 star service with a smile. Having contact with our hosts via Whattsapp was great, considering communication difficulties I've had with other hosts on Zakynthos. As a tourist on the island, having instant communication with our host could not have been more valuable - making requests for the villa, asking for recommendations, assistance with restaurant bookings, etc. No ask was too big, or too small. Hosts: Fluent English, clear communication, timely responses, super friendly, great recommendations. Villa: Stunning views, enormous outdoor space, comfortable beds, cleaning on request, fresh linen every 3 days.

Absolute perfection. Having stayed at a number of great places in North Zakynthos in the last 3 years nowhere comes close. Stunning new villas with the most incredible view. Being higher up in the mountains the vantage point is simply stunning - topped off with a huge infinity pool. Wake up early and watch the sunrise! The outside terrace space is huge with a clay pizza oven and a separate bbq. I messaged our host Giota asking for wood for the pizza oven and it was delivered within an hour. Inside the villa is super stylish, with everything you could possibly need - a smart TV, Comfy sofa, dishwasher, washing machine, super comfy beds, Nespresso machine, electric blinds etc We went with our 15 month old and had a great cot / high chair delivered. It's a 15 minute drive to Agios Nikolaos with loads of great restaurants, and the same time to some little beaches we found off the tourist maps (Agriosikia / Climati). 5 minutes away is Volimes with a number of restaurants, bakery, mini mart etc. It's honestly perfection. Well done for creating such a special place! And thanks Giota - a great host!

The property has an amazing sea view and it is located in the quite village Volimes. The host, Giota welcomed us at the property and gave as a lot of suggestions how to have a great stay in Zakynthos! We booked a 3 bedroom villa and everything was as described,every day cleaning, clean towels and the pool was a Cristal clear water! Not the last to mention, the cold water, beer, wine and water melon was left for us in the fridge . We would recommend renting a car us it is easier to get to the property and to the beaches. The villa it is close to many nice beaches like xigia pelagaki beach, Porto Niovo beach or Filippoi beach. Definitely we will come back! Thank you Giota and team for making our stay comfortable and pleasant!

We had an amazing time at the villa! Giota, the host, was fantastic, she warmly greeted us and thoroughly explained everything. The entire property is stunning, even more impressive than the pictures depict. The location was perfect for us. Moreover, the surrounding area of the villa was incredibly serene, offering beautiful views. Inside, the villa’s modern interior and excellent amenities left us impressed, creating a truly unique atmosphere. Travelling with our parents, the setup worked perfectly as they stayed in the room downstairs while we occupied upper floor. The outdoor sitting area by the pool was simply outstanding. Overall, we wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone seeking the vibrant ambiance of small villages nearby while staying in a modern, eco-friendly house that allows you to completely unwind and reset.
