Location ok, got aircond at 1st room only and a stove ..got plate & mug

Its a low cost flat located at first floor..the compund area is dirty with bad smell the house is so hot even at night..especially room 2 and 3. toilet got problem when flush the water will leak on the floor..they provide electric kettle but the plug is not suitable with malaysian socket..ask for adapter but never get it..no tv too Got water in front the house corridor..not sure from the rain or aircond (refec ti pic)
