staff were nice

noisy ....my room next to reception lounge area... staff were noisy ....techno music played in adjoining properties....wildlife in the ceiling ....staff said mouse I say rat mattress was collapsed too soft no view of the lake which was why I booked there....the photo on website misleading access road into property very potholed booked 3 nights stayed 2

Quirky hut right on the lake side, great location to walk to water temple.. Friendly staff and helpful via WhatsApp. Comfy bed and kettle and coffee facilities provided. Strong WiFi and smart TV which was a surprise!

Not particularly clean, stained towels and sheets. bathroom facilities very basic and everything gets wet when you shower. Lots of bugs and ants as gaps all in the wooden slats. No fan which wasn't a problem for us as the weather wasn't great but would be if staying in the hot summer. Probably best to stay if you have a scooter as off the main roads.

we had to ask them to change the sheets and towels because they had spots on them . They did immediately and gave us new ones however we had a visitor in the night, a mouse because the roof was not sealed ( raja room) and asked to change room which was way better and they did not charge us more so all in all the service was good.

Interesting wood cabins. Ok for 1 night but only if warm and dry weather outside.

These houses definitely needs AC’s inside every cabins not for cooling but for drying the air and heating. How you can sleep when the bedsheets and pillows are wet because of extremely high humidity inside the room? :(

Good Location

- cleanliness can be improved

The location is special being so remote, with normal farming noises. It is near the lake and one can see beautiful sunrises/sunsets here. The facilities all worked and the bed/pillows were comfortable. We could walk to the temple at Ulun Batu Beratan, which took about ½ hr.

The food and drink options were quite limited here. Language was a bit of a problem but we got there in our communications. The owner also organised a taxi for us.

I loved the place and the staff were really friendly

Everything was clean And the bed was very comfortable. Staff members were very friendly and nice.

The noice that was coming from the rats that are living in the roof. You can’t see them and of course they cannot get inside, but the noice was so disturbing, especially during the night.
