Cedar Oaks Lakeside Resort

The help desk needs improvement. No one was there for check in had to wait for someone to arrive to help me check in. Was locked out of the building when came back from breakfast. Had to call someone. Floors in need of fixing. Deck needed power washed and swept up from last year. I wouldn’t stay again until things change. Restaurant and bar was awesome.

The bed was very very outdated and desperately needs to be replaced, the tripping hazard carpet squares were not secured in place, bedroom door was very thin and didn't feel the most secure, the no pet policy should mean NO PETS....there was also a disgusting box of arm and hammer baking soda in the refrigerator that was starting to mold

I personally liked the outdated feel because it took me back to my childhood. The room has everything you need and the bed is extremely comfortable.

Unfortunately there was a small yapping dog who was a "service dog" that disturbed our night.

The staff was VERY CHEERFUL & HELPFUL.

A couple of inconveniences, the restaurant opened at 4pm - no microwave in the unit...
