Mobiliar auf der Terrasse, sehr spartanisch für 4Erwachsene 4Stühle mit einem Mini Tisch. Zum Essen absolut kein Platz. Keine Liegebetten!!! Eher düstere Räume, nicht überbelichtet

Great satisfaction, nice and clean environment. We were accommodated in a Klipper 40 with a dog and very nice accommodation with all the equipment and a terrace. We will be happy to return to the place from the Czech Republic again Zdeněk H.

Superb location, clean and beautiful decor. Comfy beds. Spacious living area. OK price.

No chalet number was provided in emails which led to very stressful arrival. We got there at 9pm. Reception closes at 5pm and no emergency number was provided. We couldn’t get checked into our accommodation, there was absolutely no help and no staff available whatsoever. After 1.5h search for a chalet that could potentially be signed to us, and trying to get help from other holiday makers, we had to take a random chalet (the only one) that was unoccupied and open, so we don’t end up sleeping in our car with 3 people and 2 dogs. It was hard to relax when we accidentally found an welcome card with a different surname on it, it was on the table, under a box with dish soap. We absolutely didn’t wish to take someone else’s accommodation, so it was incredibly stressful because another option was sleeping in a car - even though we have paid for all 3 nights. We have tried many different phone numbers provided in the booking, none of them worked on the day, there was no emergency number displayed on the reception door or any other clue how to get help on this holiday park. Apart from that, a minor inconvenience were the pillows which resemble a duvet more than a pillow and give no support. Beds we have found comfy, and putting on your own bed sheets as you arrive is fine with me. Bring your own towels as there are non (again not a problem). Other than above, a great place to stay. I would consider staying again but I would make sure I have their emergency numbers and they work!
