"Not happy. This room should not have been made available!"

Location and ease of access was a plus. The attached restaurant was also fantastic and served as the breakfast base as well. It is very well situated close the shopping areas on the Grand Baie waterfront.

The room was a shambles. It was half or in the process of being renovated. Interior paint was terrible and there were loose electrical wires hanging from the ceiling. The aircon was also noisy. No hot water and we had to get the manager on duty to sort that out. The water was cold again in the morning.

Very attentive and friendly staff. Great location. Lovely restaurant / bar downstairs. Really comfy bed. Stunning view from terrace.

"Grand Baie stay"

The location is really nice. Yeshna at the front desk was super helpful!

The shower was not working properly. The AC leaked in the room i was given initially. Thankfully I was given another room that night to sleep properly
