On a beaucoup aimé l'emplacement, c'est au coeur de grand Baie

Room-no window , just 2 tiny one's by the sink.Shower too squashed. Restaurant-ambience, staff & food was the best we had at Grand Bay. Location-fantastic, near to malls, walkable to many supermarkets & restaurants.

Rooms & showers could have had a better decor , abit more spacious & a window is important in the room.

The property is in an excellent location, close to many facilities. The room was comfortable, clean and the bed was amazing in terms of the mattress and the pillows. It was also fairly quiet considering it is located on a busy road. The rain shower was also a great touch. The restaurant attached to the hotel was exceptional; the prices were really reasonable and the food was excellent. It seems to be a popular choice and it’s worth reserving a table at weekends to avoid disappointment. The balcony area was great although 2 of the German guests appeared to have “reserved” 2 of the 4 sun beds; leaving their towels and other property on them, which was annoying to say the least. All of the staff went above and beyond to ensure guests were comfortable and nothing seemed to be any trouble. The prices were incredibly reasonable for a 4* hotel.

I was really disappointed with the English breakfast; no pork sausages, a tiny bit of fatty bacon, cold baked beans and no mushrooms, tomatoes or potatoes! It consisted of cold beans, a choice of eggs/omelettes, chicken sausages!, the tiniest piece of fatty bacon and, bizarrely salad! The door frame collapsed onto me and that needed fixing in place; which, to be fair, was carried out immediately. We found it difficult to find the hotel as it’s located at the back of the Kaza restaurant; it might be worth mentioning this in the hotel description?

The hotel is clean and neat,friendly staff and easy to acess the mall and the beach

Очень старый отели ,по-моему его вовсе не ремонтируют .Хозяйка не совсем честная женщина ,хотела нас надурить

Je n’avais pas d’eau chaude pendant deux jours La télé ne fonctionnait pas non plus Et personne du personnel ne pouvait faire quoique ce soit Le petit déjeuner le restaurant ouvre à 10h donc je n’ai pas pu prendre mon petit déjeuner avant de partir
