Do NOT be misled into thinking there’s parking available. There is no free parking either on the property or on the street – you have to send SMS because it’s a paid zone. Extremely poorly maintained. The floor around the kitchen counter is grimy gray. The sink was damaged, and the water was leaking directly under the kitchen cabinet. The person who came to “fix” the kitchen leak didn’t even bother to clean up the muddy footprints he left behind. Moldy kitchen utensils. Dirty refrigerator. The ONLY wine glass had greasy stains on it. There’s NO cezve (Turkish coffee pot) or coffee machine. A bar stool was broken – when my friend sat on it, she nearly fell and could have been injured. The floor was frankly dirty, most noticeable when the LED lights were on. The shower in the bathroom is ridiculously high, and the nozzles are clogged – water sprays everywhere, including upwards, meaning you’ll definitely get your hair and the whole bathroom wet even if you don’t want to (there’s no handheld showerhead). The water was ice-cold; we couldn’t even take a shower. There had been a water outage; everyone at the address was notified by SMS, but unfortunately, the host, as he explained, “had no idea” (he seems completely unaware of what’s happening at his property). The bathroom door had stains. There was no trash bin in the bathroom, and the sink cabinet was practically falling apart. The faucet was leaky, and the toilet was dirty. The host assured us we would be compensated for the inconvenience, but sadly, it all remained just words – he disappeared as if nothing had happened. Future hesitant visitors: if you don’t care about hygiene and attitude – go ahead and book this place! To everyone else who’s misleading others with glowing reviews: it seems your standards for an “amazing place” are quite low.

Very stylish, spacious and fun apartment (we loved the swing) with wonderful lighting options. Off a busy street but quiet inside (other than from the upstairs neighbors) and close to the train station. Hosts allowed a late checkout which was much appreciated before our night train to Yerevan. Good kitchen setup for basic meals.
