Location was great.

We found clothes from previous guests in the property, including underpants and a water bottle made up into a bed. Beach furniture was mostly broken. The upstairs trundle bed’s upper slats did not reliably hold position and would not support a 10 year-old’s weight. The host attempted to shake us down for $2000+ following the stay over “damage” to a table that appears to be to be something that any basic housekeeper could address with some basic cleaner. Avoid this property. You might find yourself being shaken down as well.

The owner was friendly and very welcoming. The property was beautifully decorated and had everything you needed, a complete 2+bedroom apartment with full kitchen, 2 king beds with e suites, living room, 2 dining options, gorgeous balcony overlooking the Gulf, steps away from the ocean, complete with a wonderful pool and assigned parking in a garage. Perfection! Cannot wait to return!
