I liked everything.

Perfektní místo c centru, apartmán v 1. patře. Nádherná kaštanová alej. Free parking 5 min. od apartmány autem, je možnost i celodenního parkování za 13,30 EUR - parkovací automat pro jednotlivé ulice. Ubytování čisté, komfortní, prakticky vybavený kuchyňský kout. Jednání s majitelem vstřícné, svižné, reaguje a pomáhá se vším potřebným. V blízkosti MHD, potraviny vše potřebné.

The room is located in a quiet area of the city, although not very close to the main square, it's small, but has the essentials.

The accommodation is poorly soundproofed: you can clearly hear the washing machines from the adjacent room, as well as the mini fridge constantly turning on and off, even during the night. The most concerning issue, though, is that there is literally a huge hole in the wall leading directly outside, badly hidden behind a piece of furniture. It is a very large opening communicating with the exterior, and it caused me a lot of anxiety, not only because of the obvious privacy concerns, but also because of the possibility of animals getting inside. On top of that, during the night you can hear the wind whistling through it, along with noises coming from outside. Other details also appear worn out, such as the shower base and parts of the plaster/walls. There was also only one product provided for both shampoo and body wash, and it was almost empty, so I had to buy my own products just to be able to shower properly. I am attaching pics and, unfortunately, I would not recommend this place.
