kitchen utensils okay,

Wifi not okay, uncomfortable mattress,It's hard to cook because there's no smoke extractor.

barang dia semua lengkap. ada tuala, ada sabun mndi. ada platik smpah. pinggan mangkok. ada oven senang pnskan lauk. sesuai kalau nk bawa budak yg kcil2. luas wangi.

cuma tiada kipas. boleh provide 1 kipas.

the owner of the properties didnt take any action for anything that customer was complaining of .. on the check in day they ask us for late check-in upon arrival, the reason was the housekeeping still cleaning the room then we waiting till the house keeping completely done their job for 2hours and half inside the car.. and after the long waits we have the dirty + smelly room to staying for 5night 😪😪.. the owner say will sent the cleaning service the day after but….. till the day we checkout there’s no housekeeping came.. the wifi problem , the floor is so dirty , the toilet also.. I also told the owner that the toilet ceiling was falling and it was very dangerous for customer. the owner said will inform to the managment but still no action was taken !!! till the day we check out there no any action was taken … I have many more pictures to post but only 4 can be uploaded on this page. never exprecience something like this on my holiday .. never repeated this homestay anymore .. Hopefully there will be more improvements later. I am reviewing not to criticize but for better improvements in the future. thanks.
