Akicity Lisboa Graça Grace

Location is great, near a ton of good restaurants and in close proximity to public transport. The place is spacious and comfortable, with access to two outdoor patios. It’s on the first floor but still feels private and the wifi works great!

Guidance on finding the parking spot is ridiculous. I’ll save you the time – it’s around the corner, first green garage on your left when you enter the one-way street going the wrong way. Staff never responded to request help locating it. Also, the garage key is in the apartment. The batteries in all the AC remotes are dead and when we finally got them working the AC units didn’t work. There is no laundry detergent and barely any toilet paper. The bedding and pillows are musty, a few of the living room pillows actually has mold in it so we tossed it outside. The towel heater in the bathroom doesn’t work and the towels have holes in them. Bathroom door doesn’t close and there are barely toiletries. It’s not accessible; there is a ledge leading to the front door and the living room is only accessible by steps.

Bien situé. Lorsque l'on a un véhicule le garage est très appréciable. Il y a des commodités à proximité (boulangerie, restaurant, transport...)

Dommage que l'appartement soit mal insonorisé. Extérieur négligé. Je garde un mauvais souvenir de manière générale, car suite a une problème de règlement entre Booking.com et le propriétaire qui demande un règlement via PayPal, on nous a coupé l'eau alors que nous avions déjà payé et surtout que nous avions un bébé avec nous. Puis vers 20h une personne frappe à la porte pour nous demander de quitter l'appartement. Méthode assez déplorable et très limité surtout quand on voyage en famille. Juste pour cette mauvaise expérience je ne recommande pas l'appartement.

Eigenlijk niets viel tegen, maar als je iets zou verbeteren dan is een extra toilet buiten de badkamer wel handig met vier personen.

Appartement spacieux et agréable, bien situé avec garage, appréciable.

Propreté à améliorer. Pour 3 nuits et 4 personnes seulement deux savonnettes, un échantillon douche, un échantillon shampooing. Un seul rouleau toilette d'avance. Ces produits étaient notés dans le descriptif !

Appartement de standing. Très spacieux et agréable. Très bien équipé et fonctionnel. Très propre (sauf extérieur), très bonne literie. Clim ok Le garage privatif est apprécié.

Appartement (très) sonore, notamment les voisins du dessus, sans doute lié au parquet. Terrasse difficilement appréciable car contrairement à l'appartement peu entretenue. Bac congélateur cassé et donc peu pratique

Booking it was a little complicated, as after booking with booking.com I had to send the payment by paypal and again a few days before staying for deposit and taxes, perhaps they all could be taken at the same time and through booking.com. My worry was if it was a scam but of course it was not and it was a fantastic place. Noise travel easy and people upstairs were very noisy and woke up us at 6 daily, the rooms have a very high ceiling perhaps they could install some sound proofing
