Cozy Apartment in Budapest

It was the worst experience of my life. The building and apartment were very old and located in a strange area. When we entered, there was a terrible smell—like from a toilet. In the dormitory, we noticed that the bedclothes looked like someone had already slept in them. There were black hairs on the sheets, and the linens looked like they had been washed a hundred times—they were in awful condition. There was no heating system, only an air conditioner, which made it really hard to sleep with it constantly running. But the worst part came on Monday. We woke up at 8 AM because the neighbors started doing renovations. They were standing right outside our windows the whole day, so we couldn’t even open the curtains. The noise lasted until the evening. On Monday, we planned to work remotely, but it turned out to be impossible because they were using a hammer drill non-stop for 8 hours. Unfortunately, I can’t add videos but I have everything recorded.

We had a great day here for 3 nights it was perfect location and facilities. The owner was fab helping us out with an early and late check out.

Very close to Keleti station, very friendly and flexible host!

The apartment location is great, close to the most popular visiting places in Budapest, clean, comfortable, and well organised. Definitely recommend couples.

The host made every effort to make this a comfortable stay. He was easy to reach and provided clear directions and videos to enter the apartment. We appreciated the washing machine and the heater in the bathroom was delightful since we were there in December. The apartment isn't close to the river, but it is fairly close to the bus station and it was easy to catch the city bus to the center of Pest.

Like many European apartments, there were 3 doors to go through before getting inside the apartment. Don't let this frustrate you. The host provided clear directions and a video. It was convenient to use the lock box for check in and out. No complaints at all!

The location is excellent, with shops and public transport stops nearby. The apartment is very clean, with a stylish interior and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The host is very responsive and friendly, always in touch. Highly recommend!

This stay was AMAZING. Peter was an absolute pleasure to deal with and was so responsive to any and all questions. His instructions for entry were clear and easy to follow. His apartment was lovely and had the most comfortable beds I’ve stayed in this trip. Location was great and close to public transit. I would absolutely recommend staying here.

Nothing - it was great!

We stayed for 3 nights in this lovely apartment which looks exactly like the photos, very clean, great bed. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for your vacation, close to the metro, streetcar and buses. But if you like to walk, you can easily get to all the sights of Budapest. Nearby are several grocery stores and a large shopping center. Peter was very attentive, answered all questions very quickly.
