The only thing we liked was the location.

For a place that charged over $1000 for one night (outrageous) the service provided was very poor. We booked it because of the hot tub and the sauna and much to our dismay NEITHER the hot tub nor the sauna were working. The hot tub was too cold, whereas the sauna didn't turn on at all. Also, it was extremely hard to find because there's one address on booking.com, one address on Google Maps, one address provided by the hosts, and they were all wrong. The only way to find it was by having the host drop a pin. We thought we were getting two bedrooms, but really it's one bedroom (with a bad quality bed) and a pullout couch in the living room (which was also bad quality). The TVs are not Smart TVs, so beware because you can't cast to them from your phone or laptop and you can't use streaming services or anything like that. The kitchen wasn't a real kitchen, everything was cheap and poor quality. But the most horrible of all was that the cleaner came INTO THE ROOM while we were in there at about 9:45AM which was a full 15 minutes before our checkout time. It was shocking to us (and frankly unsafe) that they would enter before the end of our reservation.

Great stay and the location was very cute!

It was very hard to get Ubers because of the snow storm though.

The nightly rate during the Olympics was completely out of line, alnost 4 times the normal rates and by no means justified for the accommodation.

The apartment was modern and comfortable and clean. It had a washing machine and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen appliances are very good. The location is fantastic if you like to be isolated like I do.

There were some basic things missing, Almost feels like its not finished. There was a lack of storage space. The closets are not configured apropropriatly. Also some basic items were missing in the kitchen like a knife and a frying pan. The heat was not possible to turn up and they did not respond to our text about us being cold.

Ci sono piaciuti la vasca Jacuzzi e sauna (all'esterno della struttura ma a ridosso dell'appartamento e ben nascosti da occhi indiscreti), cucina ben fornita con pentole decenti e piano a induzione (tranne le padelle, magari una da 28 cm in acciaio e non antiaderente, che sono sempre graffiate, sarebbe consigliabile), gestori disponibili e attenti alle richieste, vicinanza ai piccoli supermercati (Coop, botteghe caratteristiche). Zona pacifica, no traffico, vista molto bella, soprattutto al tramonto con una birra facendo il bagno nella Jacuzzi. Ottimo per famiglie con bambini, sia per la Jacuzzi che per l'ambiente circostante, dove possono giocare con lo slittino (messo a disposizione nella struttura), le pendenze nelle vicinanze non sono proibitive e consentono ai bambini di giocare in sicurezza.

Non ci sono piaciuti piccoli dettagli, la spugna scotch-brite e lo straccio sarebbe consigliabile cambiarli a ogni nuovo inquilino (quelle che abbiamo trovato erano molto usate), il pavimento al nostro arrivo non era lindo (abbiamo camminato senza ciabatte con i calzini bianchi e si sono subito sporcati). I letti erano un po' troppo morbidi per i nostri gusti. Gli asciugamani non sapevano di bucato appena fatto o di odore di ammorbidente, pero' abbiamo contattato i gestori, chiedendo un set nuovo e ci hanno subito accontentati, spiegando che usando prodotti neutri per lavare gli asciugamani, non si sentono profumi.
