A well-put together apartment in an excellent location to discover some of the great places Birmingham has to offer. Convenient for the Symphony Hall and a host of great canalside bars.

Location and spacious room. Easy walking distance to the city centre and canal walk.

Sharing half of the toilet roll for 2adults 1 kid for 4days and No hair dryer.

For the price, it had everything one could expect for a comfortable 1 night stay.

There could have been more toilet rolls and also a proper sized fridge rather than a mini fridge (ironically the internal floor area isn't the biggest to accommodate such large appliances). Also, all windows could have been privacy tinted as it is easy for any passer bye to look straight inside.

Close to centre

Sofa covered in stains and covered with throw, melted appliance plugs, kitchen cupboards missing, dirty stained towels, out of date milk, poorly maintained, were asked if we could mop living room floor ourselves as they didn’t have time, was called to postpone check in by 1/2 hour, arrived at agreed time and someone was running around frantically trying to clean while we had to sit in living room for 45 minutes for them to leave, disgusting service, disgusting apartment

Location end off!

No heating in property, provided 2 electric fan heaters. Was informed very last minute of this. Bathroom not clean, damp towels provided so had no choice but to use the electric fan portable heaters to dry the bathroom towels. Kitchen utensils not clean, dirty/stained sofa bed! No mircowave when contacting proprietor was informed the damp towels situation would be dealt with, also informed that they had been " tumbled dried" prior to our arrival. Sent pictures and personally contacted " Finlay", attitude not great, just glad it was 1 night stay!!! Go elsewhere, hotel, Air B n B, as if you have any complaints it won't be dealt with. I'm guessing/assuming as only 1 night stay so they don't care. Plus, there are only 8/9 previous reviews, so it speaks volumes!

Had most things we needed for a short break

No central heating but they offered to get it fixed straight away. Property needs refreshing

Quite a bit

Location was really good with easy access to the town centre. Reasonable cost parking nearby.

Reasonably difficult to find. Door was stiff and the key needed a wiggle to get in. Lock on the inside partially hanging off the door. Blinds in the bedroom were partially broken and difficult to close properly. Shower was very stiff to the point where I nearly assumed it was broken and didn't use. No shower curtain or screen for some reason so water went all over the floor. The boiler was turned off but I wasn't told, so had to figure this out when I realised the heating was off and there was no hot water.
