On behalf of the person who stayed at the place: "I thought a lot about whether or not I should bother with this. I’m going ahead with it because it might help other guests in the future. I'll use this space here to share all my thoughts, as it won't let me post all of it. I honestly don’t understand the glowing 9.5+ reviews. Maybe if you’re staying 1–2 nights you’ll be fine, but for longer stays it’s far from what’s promised. I booked 11 nights, cancelled the rest after the first few. I’ll start with the many issues other guests have also pointed out, but have not been looked at (still!) - or maybe only apartment 5 had this issue? - mosquitoes and annoying insect bites: The first two nights I’ve been bitten relentlessly, only because I dared to leave the windows open. I usually sleep with the windows open in summer, and for those who’ve been in Timișoara more often, you’ll know it’s super hot and humid. Leaving the AC on for the entire night is also not feasible, let alone healthy! I woke up on both mornings with bites all over my body, and some were in patterns too. That’s when I got really paranoid because I instantly thought of bed bugs (as only those bite in a zig-zag or one line patterns), which cared for further very stressful and tense nights. This is also when I decided to cancel the rest of my booking. I didn’t come for leisure but for work, so I was incredibly tired the first days due this issue. I also slept with the windows shut for the reminder of my stay. Why hasn’t the owner provided any mosquito nets? I don’t know…I’m not the only one who complained about this for the past two years. - Leaky shower - again, has been mentioned a few times in the reviews, why on earth haven’t they looked at it properly? I also had to laugh to myself when all they answered with was “we’re sorry for the inconvenience”

- kitchenette - was required on my behalf, as I wanted to have the option to cook for myself. Literally, this must have been the most poorly equipped kitchenette I’ve seen. I had to ask for a mug and a sharp knife from my friend, because I didn’t have any, let alone proper cooking utensils (three used pots where provided, but no chopping boards, no cutting knives no…nothing 😅). A selection of plates and cutlery, two glasses and one wine glas. Oh, and two coffee glasses. There was a coffee machine, which I appreciated, but only 4 coffee pods for my 10-day stay. At least they left a few more instant coffee sachets (3g Nescafés), which of course I didn’t use. - If you’re sensitive with noise and to noise during the night, apartment 5 was literally next to the road so one could hear every car, regardless if the windows were closed or not. I had earplugs, but I usually have them so it didn’t bother me too much. - One day I couldn’t unlock the front door from the inside because the key got stuck. The sun was blasting on the front door so probably that’s why it happened. The problem got fixed within 15min, as I messaged the contact number provided and luckily the owner was in the proximity. So although on booking.com they mentioned all of the fancy things you might get with your booking, the reality has actually really let me down. These are there - but only the bare minimum. So should you stay for a longer period, make sure you bring whatever you consider necessary for the kitchen part at least. I only wish they could part-refund my stay as it’s really not what I expected it to be, but that’s probably wishful thinking. Parking is on site and there’s a bus station 5min walk away. You have to time your going to the bus’ timetable as it only comes at certain times and it’s usually slightly late. Alternatively you can walk 1h to the centre. It’s a nice walk, but it is long. There’s no lift, so if you have heavy luggages, this is your heads-up.

Все было чисто и понятно по заезду.

Как только мы заехали в эти апартаменты я увидела, что нет спального места для ребенка, какое то кресло, которое раскладывалось, но не хватало одной подушки, что бы ноги не лежали просто на досках , так же не было постельного белья для ребенка, я сразу начала писать в объект размещения , но мне так ни кто и не ответил до сих пор, кое как поспали. Далее, в соседних номерах размещались какие то мужчины, которые делали гриль и пили пиво, все было громко и не до 22, дольше, опять же на тот момент мне даже не ответили про постельное белье и подушку, обратиться по поводу шума не было к кому.
