I loved the style, the rooms were a good size, and everything was pretty clean.

There was a whole active crime investigation going on in the lobby, detectives questioning people, clearly something happened. The team there didn’t do anything to really give anyone peace of mind — the prices and holds felt significant for the safety and quality of the area.

Incredibly disgusting. The carpet on every floor is tremendously soiled and doesn’t seem like it’s been cleaned in years. The rooms are subpar and my accommodations were less than I booked. The TV relies on Myaway for streaming services which is not available for iPhones and no longer works in general. You’re either limited to watching live TV or watching scenes unfold on the loud streets of downtown Brooklyn below.

It is untidy, the staff are cold and not that helpful. This hotel feels like a motel.

Location was great. It allowed me to get to my job with ease and return to rest.

The decor needed updating. I didn't have access to the restaurant due to the internet being down. Elevator wait was long at times.

Room was dirty, ants in the bathroom, dust all over the room, sheets looked dirty, left over cork from a previous person left on the counter. It was as if it was not cleaned. I asked for extra blankets and clean sheets and they never came. I called the front desk and they did not answer the phone. Staff was not the most pleasant. I typically dont make reviews but the photos look nothing like the actual room, I would not recommend to anyone. The only positive was the walking distance to Washington street. Just Gross

I was told the night before I could have an early check in but when I showed up it wasnt available and I needed it to work all day. I ended up not staying at all and went to another hotel that gave me an early check in so I could work. That was disappointing given I was told the night before that it was ok.
