The hotel did not honour the booking despite confirmed booking, we called many times before reaching they said booking was confirmed. But on the day of arrival they didn't provide the room as they overbooked.

Check-in denied at hotel. They said room not available

I booked and paid full amount. I reached the hotel in the early morning and booking was moved to another Oyo. It was horrible experience with Oyo.

Clean, decent, smaller rooms, clean toilets, very near to nit, Warangal, College walkable, distance of 700 m

There’s nothing wrong with the property, but the online booking portal is messed up. They have 20 rooms and they got booking for 70 rooms and lot of parents. After travelling from long distance were ejected as they could not get the rooms and they had to roam around to find another hotel, so the online portal should take care of this.

We went there for some urgent personal work with family. After reaching there we found they cancelled our confirmed reservation( already payment made). It was very difficult to find out other accommodation at the last moment. Also, we haven't got our refund yet
