Very clean, all new: furniture, kitchen, bath

3 important things were not ok: 1. Shower - cold water, very low pressure 2. Parking - the locker is not working. After 15 .inutes I was able to unlock it and never tried to move the car and be forced to lock it again 3. Apartament is on the first floor without a terase/balcony
