INThe host was very gracious and accommodating. The apartment was clean, the AC worked well in the room. The pot was new.
The mattress was really hard, however the host assured us he will change that for a better mattress.rhe kitchen could be better equipped with an automatic washing machine, microwave , proper utensils(wooden spoon, egg lifter) for cooking purposes. The balcony doors in the lounge/dining room was stuck, so could not open. The lounge dining area was really hot and not comfortable to sit in.

AUKumar was a wonderful host who made us feel right at home. He even cooked us a beautiful feed of omelette and Fish on our second night. Our family of four had plenty of room to move in the upstairs two bedroom place which also had its own kitchen, and bathroom. Close to Colombo we were able to commute around easily. Thanks Kumar

The rooms or common areas may feel small. While it is centrally located, it might not be within walking distance of some of Colombo's main tourist spots, requiring transport.
AUThe house was very clean and the host was very nice. It's was a pleasant experience, especially because the free standing house ensured our privacy .
