AJ Apartment Unirii Square

The flat itself was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, making it a lovely place to stay. It was also surprisingly quiet, which made it easy to relax, despite being right in the centre. The location was excellent – everything was within walking distance, including shops, restaurants, and local attractions, so it was very convenient for getting around without needing a car. Overall, the flat provided a great balance of comfort, space, and accessibility.

There is no allocated parking space, which made loading and unloading suitcases quite difficult. It was also challenging to find parking nearby most evenings, and I often had to park further away and walk back to the flat. The entrance to the flat is through a building corridor where the bins are kept. Unfortunately, the bins often had a very strong smell, and passing by them each day was not a pleasant experience

AC in one room didn't work, a lot of small cockroaches in one bathroom, poor drainage system for showers - was hard to keep the floor dry.

Everything is new and clean. Location was perfect and Timişoara is a great city!

The place is perfectly located right in the middle of Timisoara in a side road off of the main square (Piața Unirii), with paid parking closeby (I recommend using the TPark app). The apartment was huge with lots of room for our family (we have 3 children). It was clean, modern, and had all the facilities we needed. This was one of the few places where I would even say that the photos (which are nice) don't fully do the place justice, I felt that everything exceeded our expectations. We received a password combination for the door on the day of arrival, so our check-in was easy and comfortable. We will definitely book this place again for future visits.

We didn't find anything wrong with the flat itself, as it is great! The only things that I can mention are more outside. Finding paid parking close to the building can be tricky during peak season (we were here during a very busy Easter celebration), but we were luckily able to squeeze into the last spot next to the building. Also, when you arrive at the building, the main entrance on the ground floor is currently under rennovation, and you might think that you are in the wrong place. Don't panic, just walk through the open corridor to the courtyard at the back, then take a right and walk up the stairs to the apartment, where you will see a huge contrast to the entrance below, as the flat is amazing.
