La Tranquilidad Twin Beach Resort

Beautiful, remote Beach Resort! The drive from El Nido Airport or Ferry Port takes about one hour, but the extra time is worth it. We spent to nights in our sea view Bungalow (since the Resort is in the middle of two beaches, I think they all have the view) and we absolutely loved it. Our room and the commun areas were very clean. Isabel was a helpful hostess. We had both beaches to ourselves and one night they even organized a romatic beach dinner by the sea just for us. The day we spent diving with Dive Sibaltan. It is only 5 km away and we could rent Scooters at the resort to get there. La Tranquilidad also organizes Island tours, in case you are wondering what you can do there when you are done enjoying the house beach.

We got eaten up by the Mosquitos, so next I would not only bring repellent (we did that) but actually use it.

The beach and the villa

To many bugs and insects No power from 10am to 6 pm. Can’t swim on one side of the property the other side u need to walk 20 minutes to swim with no rocks. The food is 5/10 not much to select from. No lounge chairs on beach. No umbrellas.

Location is outstanding. Two beaches in one hotel ! And we could have it actually for ourselves exclusively. Very good people running the hotel, a pleasure to deal with. Good cuisine. Close and easy to get to El Nido by car.

We had minor issues with sewage but it was solved in no time. A mixture of hotel and farm does no seem a very good idea - roosters waking us up in the middle of night were no fun.

The staff is very friendly and attentive, doing their absolute best to make your time absolutely perfect.

The location was amazing. Really good place for a getaway. The staff was really helpful and even if the location is a bit remote, they made it easy to rent a twist and go scooter at a resonable price and went above and beyond with the service.

Nothing that I can think of in terms of dislikes.
