Great location, be sure to ask about the facilities and if they are operational at the time of your stay. Staff are lovely and friendly Nice and quiet, if you are looking for a chill time this is your place

Food could be better and the long wait time. Be sure to order an hour before you actually want to eat.

El hotel es súper bonito y cuidado al detalle, y además está en un lugar mágico donde ver los atardeceres en Zanzibar. La comida que sirven esta buenísima y con bastante variedad, así como el desayuno. El personal es súper amable y te dan todas las facilidades del mundo para cualquier cosa.

Por ponerle una pega, para mi gusto el colchón de la cama no era demasiado cómodo.

Outstanding environment!

One of the few places on the island where you can actually enjoy the sunsets, since most of the accommodations are on the east side of the island! I really liked the hut I had booked. Very laidback atmosphere. Breakfast is decent. Staff very friendly. Food for lunch / dinner is good. They have some very good meals on the menu. Meals with fish (such as the tuna) are really delicious. The WiFi only reaches the area around the lobby and dining area, so do not expect to have WiFi at the swimming pool or in your booked house / hut. It is located at a small bay used for fishing. I personally rented a car to travel with to Paje (30 min drive - the busy part of the island), Stone Town (1.30 min drive) and Nungwi (2h drive).

Cocktails and shakes could have been better. I ordered the iced coffee one day and it was not what I am used to have when ordering one - very watery and little taste. Besides that, they only have americano coffee or coffee with cold milk - no cappuccino or any other fancy coffee types.

Beautiful place in an amazing spot of the island, with a variety of rooms, surrounded by nature. A small beach when you can observe local life and access to the sea on the rocky coast for a more private swim. Spectacular. Dinner place under the trees with sea view: very cozy.

Management could improve in a few things for the asking price. But it is still definitely worth it!
