Hotel Boutique Santa Elena

The location is ideal in the heart of the Centro Historico. The staff here are really sweet. They bent over backwards to help us in every way they possibly could.

Not really a dislike, but something to be prepared for is that this is a boutique hotel and very a cute place in a creative location. That means that the owner and staff have to work around the fact that the hotel is situated over a small shopping arcade that closes its doors at 8:00 PM. To get in after that requires ringing a bell to summon staff upstairs in the hotel to come down and open the door.

Heel mooie, ruime en rustige kamer. Prima locatie aan de rand van het historische centrum.

The art and design choices. The hospitality from the hosts were beyond normal service. All the extra details to make your stay comfortable. Strong wifi, hot showers and location was walkable to everywhere you needed to go

As a solo traveler not having a way to quickly enter the hotel after 8. You need to ring a bell and staff will come open the door. They are VERY quick, but standing on the street at night was a little nervous for me.

The location is near all main historic points of the city. The building has a decoration that is innovative. It feels like a home.

I liked everything about the property.

The personnel were all very helpful and friendly..The made our dog feel very welcome - our room even had a large dog bed! The room was fairly comfortable but our pillows were too hard for our taste! The ambience of the hotel was very comfortable.

We felt uncomfortable not having someone in the hotel at night. Having to phone to be let into the hotel seemed awkward. Fortunately we did not have to do this. Parking was a good distance away.
