Terrible experience. Would never recommend. We booked a family suite at Sri vari Studio Apartments through Booking.com, got a confirmation and everything. But when we arrived, the staff claimed we didn’t have a booking even though we clearly did. The place looked filthy from the outside and just as bad inside. Very poorly maintained. Instead of helping us, the staff were extremely rude and dismissive. They sent us to a completely different location, which turned out to be way overpriced seriously, it was overpriced, overpriced, and again, overpriced for what they offered. And what did they offer? A tiny, cramped room. We booked a family suite and this wasn’t even close. Nothing was neat or clean. This whole experience was frustrating and disappointing. Please avoid this place if you want peace of mind on your trip.
