Amplasat in zonă înconjurată de șantiere în construcție, cu foarte mult praf și gălăgie; departe de restaurante sau magazine mari; nici taxiuri nu găsești in apropiere. Bazinul cu apă murdară și prost întreținut; unele obiecte in casă erau murdare (intrerupatoarele de lumină, espressorul de cafea, ustensilele de bucătărie).
