Location was excellent place was clean
During the night, we experienced a lack of hot water, necessitating cold showers. We attempted to reach the host, but received no response. Subsequently, we contacted bookings.com for assistance. The host eventually responded at 2:00 AM. We had inquired if the geyser might have been switched off, believing that a timely response could have resolved the issue.
