US1. Owner's cousin picked me up and dropped me off at CTM bus station. A nice guy. I used Google translator to communicate with him. 2. It will take you 45 minutes to walk to Safi Medina. If by taxi, it cost you about $1-2, or less than $1. 3. Clean and quiet. 4. Big kitchen equipped all you need if you cook.
There is a noise from the closet of main bedroom, it's from the owner's electronic device. I managed to sleep in the living room since I was a solo traveler. There are plenty of space to relocate the sleeping site. It's not a problem to me.
