Booked the room for the guest, and paid the total money, and I said, he would check in on Sept 27th at 8 am. Guest came by 7.45 am but they didn't provide the room till 9 am. Then, the guest reached out to me, and I called the manager, then they allotted the room. Then he refreshed and checked out by 11 am.

Nothing specific.. though I stay here regularly nothing has changed..no preference given for regular customer

No hot water for 4 days and we took a bath in cold water..which is horrible
