There was no heating when we arrived (in February). After the heating got turned on (took many hours) it turned out that all the radiators were leaking badly. The assistant told us to turn of the heating to avoid a flood. Bathroom has no heating at all. Hoping for a solution, we staied a night under a pile of blankets. We left and were promised a refund. When making a refund request in booking, the owner ignored several times (the assistant said he is a very busy man). The assistant made me contact booking on their behalf several times, because getting the refund "is in my interest". After constant refund requestions I managed to get one after over a month from the terrible stay.

CLWe had an amazing and beautiful view from the lake every day! It's a big house, perfect for a group or for the family! It's very close to the center of cannobio, so it's posible doing everything walking, you have also many trekking routes close to the house. The parking place (for free) are just 4 minutes by foot! Thanks a lot! I totally recommend
We only missed an electric kettle, but we managed by boiling water in the pot.
LTThe appartmrnt was spacious, very clean, had two separate bedrooms. The view from the wondows was breathtaking. The host was very friendly and helful. Instructions how to access the property clear. Highly recommend place to stay.

NLLocation and views are really and as shown in images. The apartment was having good facilities and cleaned.
Finding location was challenging,my suggestion is to share 1 or 2 min video with location for smooth boarding.
