Stayed at Nivas Hill View Apartments in Tiruvannamalai. It is a decent and homely stay, especially suitable for groups, with two portions and good common space. The owner was very friendly and guided us well throughout our stay, which made a big difference. Rooms were good, beds were clean, bathrooms were well maintained, and the AC worked properly. There is also an attached kitchen which adds convenience.

The only drawback is that there is no dedicated car parking, so you need to park on the road (this was not mentioned as available, just for awareness).
