Behaviour of staff; I travelled to the UK for tourism purposes and this apartment spoiled my whole tour, they gave me the wrong keys to the main door and i called multiple times to change the key but no response from team. Everyday i have to call them to call other tenants to open the main door. The Netflix subscription is expired every other day and i have to call them to reactivate Bad communication; they don't care about your call and no response on email and always come with excuses Not responsive staff for issues No regular cleaning; no regular clean-up and i have to call them to provide the service but no response Location; 35 min walk to underground and 20 min walk to above ground and no nearby bus station

Main bedroom was nice.

Absolutely stifling, no fan provided, and windows were left closed on a hot day the house was 28 degrees when we arrived with no way of cooling it. Bath had hair in it, and the ground floor level didn’t feel safe with activity outside it all night so had to keep windows shut. Really rough area.

We had a pleasant stay at this homestay. The location is excellent — it took about an hour to get into central London via both bus and train, with public transport options just a short walk away. There’s also a grocery shop nearby for essentials and a pizza place just around the corner, which was very convenient. The homestay itself was clean and generally comfortable. Overall, it’s a good place if you’re visiting in cooler weather and want easy access to London with nearby amenities.

The only downside was the fan — it wasn’t working properly, and there was only one available. During warmer days, the room felt quite hot, so I wouldn’t recommend staying here in the summer unless that’s addressed.

Good location with free parking. Very clean and spacious.

No mirrors that could be used to get ready. No mirrors in bathroom. Lack of spare toilet rolls, bin bags- we had to buy toilet paper. I missed that checkout is at 10am and didn’t appreciate being charged £30 per hour to checkout late. Standard checkout should be in line with other hotels, b&b etc from 11am onwards.

No Breakfast as it was not part of the Contract. But all the minimum requirements were usefuland arranged.

The parking instructions could have been improved with some pictures. Though parking was available on the opposite road

The apartmen was very clean and has a fully equipped kitchen for our family of 5. The actual place looked like the pictures.

There are 4 apartments in this unit. Our apartment is on the highest the 2nd floor. It is a walk up apartment without lift so we left our heavy luggage in the car. Too many steps to go through by filling in the deposit refund form and signing the additional rental agreement compared with other bookings. Nonetheless, we had a good and comfortable stay.
