The location of the apartment is great, near the rail station and the old city. The apartment was clean. It was very pleasant to have cold water and milk in the refrigerator.

It was a great stay, I would come back again. Easy to communicate with the owner. Everything is well explained on how to do your own check in and with very useful tips about de city. The breakfast available is great. Easy to reach from the train station (Utrecht Vaartsche). Very cosy garden/terrace.

The shower was clogged but we informed the owner. There was dust in a wardrobe in the main room.

Excellent location in a fairly quiet road, near station, small supermarket and bike hire. Clean and comfortable flat with most things we needed. The smart doorlock was very useful. Ideal for two people, OK for four.

There AREN'T two bedrooms - Booking.com does not make this clear but the host does in the photos, but you might miss that. The third and fourth beds are in the living room. The layout is a little quirky with the toilet the other side of the flat from the bathroom. There were a couple of things missing - a tea towel, enough bath towels, a bottle opener. We were a bit confused about whether we were meeting the host there or whether we should have been sent a code. It would have helped to have been sent the check-out instructions before the holiday as I wasn't reading emails while on holiday.

"Exceptional"

Beautiful apartment in the ground floor, with all the things that you need. I really liked it the backyard, it was good weather so we used it to take breakfast. It was very easy to talk with Rachel, she answer fast and leave some food, teas and drinks for us. Very nice!
