Breakfast was not varied as compared to 5 star Hotels. The options were very less and Quality and taste of food was also Bad.

The food was really bad. We had tasted the food on ala-carte and on buffet as well. Services and staff was also not nice. As compared to other 5 star hotels the prices is really high and services are very poor.

"Taxi transfers spoiled this trip even though the venue itself was good."

The experience of the venue, and the spa was great. The restaurant was quite soulless and so felt like not many people were staying.

The restaurant was quite soulless and so felt like not many people were staying. Our transfers organised by the hotel were disappointing. Pick up from Chandigarh Airport - the taxi driver was in the wring place to collect and clearly didn't know what he was doing. The following day the taxi driver to take us to Solan Station was asleep in his car on the wrong side of the gates out of the property. He drove us over dirt tracks and not up the N5 roadway and he was late and we missed our train. I would recommend that the hotel takes these bookings more seriously. The driver clearly didn't know what time or where he should have been going. Very disappointing.
