Staff are friendly and accomodating

Shower is not working so you have to use a pail. Hot water coming from the faucet only, need to fix the shower heater

Near sm and session road

The house smells like sweat and kulob. Especially the pink pillow it smells really bad and it’s dirty. Also the ceiling of the CR it has molds.

"Studio with terrace."

It's a walking distance to the Baguio Cathedral, session road and bus terminal(ca.6-8 min.walk).

The room is located in the lower ground. It has a terrace but no view, you will only see the back of the neighboring building. Low water pressure that's why it takes some time to finish shower. There's also a dance studio directly across the room and you're gonna hear the music and the dance instructor lecturing her students. No complimentary shampoo/soap. No housekeeping for the entire stay. They just clean the room only after check-out.
