It’s a scam of a place . No one answers call . They made me stranded . There was no instruction to get into the property, it’s in a flat and you can’t get in . Please be mindful before you book.

Absolute Scam!!!!! DO NOT BOOK! Booked a room for 2 nights and thought it would be good as we were due to arrive late due to travel (it says they can do lye check ins). The day before we travelled, I notified them to say we will be checking in at 10pm, which was confirmed straight away. Fast forward to the day of arrival, we arrived there about 10:15pm only to find no one to greet us, no key, nothing. We tried calling the owner multiple times, no answer. Messaged and only got a reply once I chased numerous times with booking.com, their response was “I’m not sure how you booked this as it’s no longer available” as I’m sat looking at my booking confirmation and a second confirmation to say a 10pm check in is fine… So after all my chasing, we’re at around midnight with no where to go, all hotels around were fully booked and we had just finished travelling for 6 hours, absolutely exhausted. Booking.com said they would find us somewhere else to stay, but the only 3 places they could find after an hour were all over 45mins/1hour away in the opposite direction of where we needed to be. We also would have had to spend A LOT of money on travel to and from all weekend. We ended up finding another hotel privately after begging for a room and spending £350 more. Furious was an absolute understatement. I highly recommend you do not book, they shouldn’t be allowed to be on booking.com as they are certainly not reliable, professional or have any respect.

My booking was cancelled without any information and no apology for that. I was so stranded
