GBThe location and layout of the park is great. Right next to Brighouse Bay with lovely woodland walk. The staff are helpful and friendly.
GBCaravan was clean and well equipped, site was tidy and nice location with small beach and wood to walk in away from the caravans and a good play park, staff were pleasant and helpful
The layout of the caravan was a bit odd which I realise is how it’s built, the living room/ kitchen area was big at cost to the bedrooms, was 2 small single beds in one room which had a big box sticking over the bottom half of one bed and a mirror and shelf above the middle of the other bed, was disappointed the swimming pool wasn’t open during the day as it rained most days, was informed by reception this was due to staff leaving, check out is a bit early for getting children ready, I forgot to ask reception if they knew the play park zip wire doesn’t move never mind zip, no phone signal for basic contact is a bit annoying and leaving the site to get internet to plan the day

Leisure club was a huge let down, massively understaffed all Easter weekend. Long waiting times at the bar and ran out of lager. Food was taking over 1.5 hours leading to many unhappy guests. One guest even stepped in to help with glass and dishes collection as well as taking out orders - totally unacceptable but good on her for helping!
