West One Studio Apartments

I travel to Gibraltar every year to see family. So for me I understand how expensive staying in Gibraltar can be, so this properly made the trip ideal, with the price offered, included in that, you get much better facilities then a standard hotel, with a kitchen area bathroom, washing machine and stunning view looking over the marina waterfront, with Spain in the distance, you can't knock it. Location to casemates is a 10 min walk maximum with Morrisons and everything else close to your door step.

1 thing I don't like about the property and it's the only thing stopping a 10... check in/ out time... Gibraltar get the same flights everyday, with the near on exact same times, which is majority a morning flight arrival. Check in time is 15:00 Which left us walking round town with suitcases in 26 degrees for 4 hours, not the best start to the trip. check out time is 10:00 which left us with our suitcases for another 3.5 hours before we could leave for the airport. Check in 15:00 Check out 10:00 5 hours to clean the room? Maybe this could be looked at to get the full 10.

Convenient location within easy reach of the restaurants, buses and the rock.

Good communication with the host. Check in instructions were clear and local recommendations were given. Since the property is in Gibraltar, a British territory, the outlets were UK, which caught us off guard because we had been traveling in other parts of Europe. Luckily, the apartment had a UK to EU adapter. The location was great because we were able to walk to the cable car for The Rock and we enjoyed the marina area.

The park and display parking lot was convenient, but the pay machine wouldn’t take our credit card. We were able to pay using our phone. The apartment window view was looking at other windows. We kept the curtains drawn most of the time.

Location was good, area was safe, exactly accomdation needed.

Pull down bed was difficult for me and not very comfortable

the whole process was simple and clear. communication with the property was excellant and alot of interesting information was also given as to where to eat out, what to see etc. the booking in process was simple and clear and the accommodation was clean, spotless

the bed was very hard but that is my only issue would def stay again and recommend
