West One Studio Apartments

Well located within walking distance from all main areas around, clean studio and a nice view! Ease of access to get in. Good communication from host. From the photos it looked like the room has more space than it really has but good for only a two night stay. We only communicated with the property through messages, but Ross was overall helpful providing many recommendations on arrival.

Check-in and check-out times are not within normal ranges and difficult to manage especially without having a place where temporarily storage our luggage. We were not able to locate the bins outside and ended up putting our rubbish in a public bin. It would be nice if the bins were emptied by the person who cleans the flat which is normally the way it works. The bath towels, although clean, were all stained, which doesn't look very good. The shower pressure was too low, but we weren´t sure if it was a defect or set that way on purpose.

Staff was terrifically responsive. Location was really good. Overall a nice space for a couple of nights.

Lighting could be improved. Overhead lights too bright to comfortably lay in bed and read, and lights within the Murphy bed were far too dark to be of use. Also suggest the shower door be fixed to open and close more easily. These are all just easy maintenance things that would go a long way.

Had everything we needed for a short stay. Bed very comfortable. Great that shampoo, conditioner and shower gel included which saved bringing it with us. Great central location which we have stayed in before with another company. Very good communication.

Didn't feel the tea, coffee and sugar was a hygienic way of doing it ie an opened jar of coffee. Would prefer in packets. Would have also appreciated a small amount of uht milk until we could get to a shop. Was too hot with a thick duvet so had to go and buy a throw.
