Rescorla Retreats- Poldark

It was very clean, quirky, and secluded. The shower was a bit like unusual but good fun and served it’s purpose. Hosts were excellent and allowed one plenty of freedom. Field very large and spacious.

Dependent upon good weather, which unfortunately, we did not have. Unable to enjoy the full rage of facilities, eg sitting out and cooking outdoor food as it was raining and/or cold. Whilst to be expected on a camping trip, it shows how important good weather is for camping, even when the interior is as beautiful as this is. Constant fear of walking dirt into the tent.

Lovely and clean nice size bell tent and they provide everything you needed tea coffee etc

The location is lovely, the tents are very comfortable (we had 2, the double one especially nice) the whole pitch was very well equipped and some real thought had gone into the little touches. The owners are great, really helpful and friendly, they helped us plan our day and made the whole trip much easier.

Some of the facilities are basic. But it’s camping, it’s what you should expect.
