Super limpo, quarto confortável, excelente pequeno almoço, espaços exteriores bem amplos e confortáveis.

Piscina mais linda que já vi. Quarto ótimo. Gentileza da bolsa de praia com toalhas no quarto achei muito legal. Café grande . Restaurante com muitas opções. Happy hour legal. Ofereceu possibilidades de transfer.

The territory was nice. The staff was kind and polite.

No power outlets in the bathroom. No potty available for toddlers. A little bit noisy at some moments (depends on guests). The beds and curtains need cleaning.

Absolutely Beautiful hotel, the best we’ve stayed in as a family. From arriving until we left the Staff couldn’t do enough for us, all so friendly & happy. Great location, food & drinks really nice, we was sad to leave this hotel.

We took the room with pool access in front of the Sunbird Bar. The pool was nice, the room was clean but very dated. The breakfast buffet was not worth the money paid. Very basic. The shuttles were constantly unavailable despite having a board with timing. The staff were consistently refusing requests, such as extra towels, spare keys, I had to go through an ordeal about asking for simple things like a spare room card. (I spent $1500 for this 5 day stay) At checkout, I was told to “leave room now” over the phone despite having asked for a bellboy to pick up my bags. I was barely 5 mins past check out time. We took a video of brown dirty water coming out of the shower (I can upload this where possible) and showed this to the receptionist and was dismissed with a “thank you for letting me know”. We chose to run the water till it cleared and then dealt with it considering we were going to spend a lot of time at the beaches. I can imagine that they’ve had some shitty tourists but you can’t treat everyone like they’re going to steal something from the room at checkout. The way we were spoken to throughout the stay was quite rubbish. I’m Malaysian and we come to Thailand regularly and this is quite absurd, the level of hospitality. Not worth the money at all. For the price I paid I should’ve taken the Holiday Inn I thank them for bringing a birthday cake when asked. That was well done. The travel counter next to the reception was very expensive compared to the agents nearer to ao nang beach and were forcing us to take their set packages only. Unattractive, and we got much better deals from the counter next to REEVE cafe at ao nang.
