Safety, security and especially car parking availability is good. Hospital, grocery and hotels are downstairs of the property. Fast food for the children is also accessible. (McDonald’s is almost 3 minutes drive ) And most important it is almost centre of the airport and blue area Islamabad.

Surroundings are not very clean so u cannot enjoy outer view so much.
