Puy Castele Hotel Tiberias

Bed comfortable, air conditioning great room comfortable. Close to downtown and Sea of Galilee. East access to restaurants and banking. Found the pool and resc room last night.

Parking was terrible, got a parking ticket - very disappointed

Nice, large and modern room, Terrace on the top of the building

The swimming pool cannot be used. We had to wait and call many times to get our keys

Pair of dirty socks behind the curtain, coffee available, no tea, but nowhere a cup to drink. Wine glasses available but nowhere something to open a bottle. Kitchen shelves were quiet dirty.

Very spacious, calm

Not so clean, I found two dirty socks behind the curtain; there was coffee, no tea, but not even one cup nor in the room nor in the kitchen where it was quiet dirty when you opened a shelve. Wine glasses but no instrument to open a bottle, not even in the kitchen! I had to go in the neighborhood to ask them to open my bottle!

There was overbooking and they changed the location

It was dirty. Nothing was cleaned. It seemed no one had stayed there in weeks. There was a dirty diaper in the pool and used bath products in the bathroom

Location, parking nearby, rooftop, comfortable bed

Bit noisy from other rooms

The size of the room was good.

There was no spare toilet paper in the room
