Everithing was good

The staff was amazing. The entire complex is very well made and beautiful. The restaurant prices are OK and staff are so fast and friendly

-smoking is allowed in the restaurant. -we couldn't control the temperature in the rooms. It was with heated floor which is great but it was very hot in the rooms.

Nice location near the lake of Vlasina and the surrounding mountains. Off the beaten track, in the nature, with lovely views from the rooms over the lake, clear air, and possibilities for hiking in the mountains. The hotel is well-designed and modern, with a sustainability theme and use of the local wood and stones. Staff are helpful and the breakfast is good as is the food throughout the day at the hotel restaurant. Although there was no air-conditioning in the room, being in the mountains the temperature was not hot even in August, and with mosquito nets on the windows it was great just to have natural ventilation at night. It would be so cool, we actually needed covers to not get cold.

While it is good value for money overall, with the prices of a stay at the level of western Europe, all the smallest details need to be right. There were some indications of some small missing finishing touches, but they are nothing that affects one's enjoyment of the stay. Smoking in more enclosed areas of the restaurant. Would be better to have designated smoking and non-smoking areas.

The view from the window was nice, and the pillows were fluffy

There was a very loud sound in the room at night from the Restoran downstairs on Saturday night. I had to sleep with headphones with noise suppression almost all night. It was very inconvenient! Later, dogs backed up in the middle of the night. The air conditioning in the bathroom is terrible. It smells mouldy
