KWSince we selected 3 in a room option, we were offered a twin bedroom which was more spacious than the double bedrooms. We were provided with a standard additional bed for the 3rd person. The rooms were clean, and the furniture was decent. I love the colors of the room and the lobby. The loose furniture items like chairs and sofas were pretty good quality. Beds were comfortable and the split unit A/c was in pretty good condition. Car parking was available. Basic toilet amenities like towels, soap, toothbrush, shaving blade, Tea & coffee with kettle and 2 bottles of water were available too.
I booked for 3 people and the room description in booking.com for Deluxe double room, states BED - '2 single beds, 1 large double bed', sounded like I was choosing 2 adjacent rooms. But that is not the case. We were offered at the reception either a double bedroom with additional bed or a twin bedroom with additional bed. so, either this was a mess up in the description or intentionally misleading customers. The washroom was small. Rainwater shower was available, but no hot water. Our room 205 was in the midlevel and so for this floor there was no elevator access. we either climb up or down half a flight. The sound proofing of the entrance door is poor. So, the corridor sounds was audible inside, probably more because of the hard ceramic floors at the corridor. The location shown on map is not accurate and a bit off by 100 meters. Hope that gets corrected. There was no breakfast option. No view from the rooms.

Lot of disturbances of pulling the things, dragging the things from downstairs, may be the winding up of the cafeteria and arranging for the next day. As your cafeteria time is upto 10.30 or 11.00 pm and this disturbances goes till 12 pm or beyond that time. This I have noticed in all the hotels I stayed...The staff can handle things in soft way. Pl. see how you can avoid this. This is the reason I preferred higher floor.. but .... The various tourist places pamphlet can be given to the guests the day they enter the hotel..
PLThere is a restaurant in the hotel that offers very good food. Overall very clean hotel and very helpful staff.
Sometimes unstable internet but reasonable. The restaurant does not offer breakfast that would be reccommended
USlocation was central, a little hard to find (wrong location on google maps) and people nearby did not know about the hotel, maybe because it is set back from the Main Street.
Hotel grounds are pretty limited, the hotel itself is nice and new. The restaurant was good. The breakfast was limited to people who had pre-reserved, should have some a-la carte items available.

the main restaurant do not serve liquor , even for families so I had to take my parents to the resto-bar. but it's not a place for family. The food was good but the service was slow and they didn't seem to care. even after complaining the manager seems not bothered
