Good position, nice little touches with both milk and soya left in the fridge and flowers and clean. Host was friendly as I itislly had trouble with key code and was quick to react.

Meant for 3 people. Sofa bed marked very uncomfortable in 3 parts and came apart through the night. Not suitable for sleeping on, no bedding left, but they did come out later that night as we were having to improvise with towels. Not enough pillows and very flat. The main bed was very uncomfortable springs sticking out. Mattress needs replacing. Bath springy, when getting a shower and no bath mat to stop slipping but nicely done out. Towels very rough. We were booked in for two nights but due to a dental procedure, we just stayed one night. Luckily, as it was a very uncomfortable night with very little sleep. Just some suggestions as I am in property and manage holiday lets as part of my job and as a guest just a few changes as mentioned would bring this up to a good standard. There is too much furniture for the space available with the book case, and the microwave kettle/fridge could be put in a unit instead. Maybe a fold up table and smaller chairs yo replace what is there. A definite replace sofa bed and new mattress. Spare bedding, including mattress protector, replace pillows and decent towels.

The hosts were very friendly and welcoming and easily contactable. Cleanliness was superb. Parking at the property couldn't be easier and having a supermarket at the end of the road is very convenient. The one thing I think they should warn guests about is the raising of the bollards at both ends of the road due to the school. It does restrict the times of using the car if you have a timed appointment.
