Gentillesse extrême de la propriétaire. Nous avons pu laisser nos affaires le temps d’aller au machu picchu. Très bon petit déjeuner

Sehr nettes Paar, das die Unterkunft führt. Wir haben kostenlos ein größeres Zimmer erhalten und konnten kostenlos bis Abends im Zimmer bleiben, weil da erst unser Bus fuhr. Die Zimmer und das Haus haben einen kolonialen Charm und alles ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Ist nicht mitten im Zentrum, ca 10 min Fußweg.

Kind and available staff, comfortable bed, laundry service, location, good WiFi connection

The check-in was not great: we waited longer than 1h to get our room to only found out later than 2 out of the 4 sockets in the room were broken but we got a room change, that was nice. However the house itself is a bit outdated, the windows are old and very thin, the bathroom is small and the toilet flush really slowly. Breakfast is good but pretty basic, but considered the price we paid it was more than ok. Differently from what it’s written on booking, it’s possible to pay by card. Information on the booking page should be updated.

Very friendly host. Room itself was great as well, very big bed, hot water for 10 minutes in the shower. Safe location close to the cit center

Chambre spacieuse avec eau chaude. Les lits sont très confortables avec de bonne couverture pour le soir. Lhostel est dans un quartier calme à 10mn à pied de l'hypercentre. Les gérants sont géniaux et avenants. Nous sommes arrivés à 6h du matin et ils nous ont donné une chambre pour qu'on puisse finir notre nuit en attendant la notre. J'ai eu une infection bactérienne et Estella a tout de suite pris les choses en main en m'amenant en taxi à une clinique et en faisant des checks réguliers. Elle m'a permis de garder la chambre si jamais je revenais.
