Ljubazna vlasnica Estela, lokacija je dobra, nije uzbrdo. Čaj od koke je uvijek bio dostupan. Bio je boravak ugodan. Vrijednost novca i usluge je ok.

Tople vode nijd bilo uvjek, nego mlaka voda, ali mislim da he to česti problem u Cuscu. A doručak svaki dan isto, pekmez, margarin i kajgana, veselili smo se avokadu.

Die Gastgeber sind wahnsinnig freundlich. Wir konnten früher einchecken und auch das Lagern unseres Gepäcks während wir den Salkantay Trek gemacht haben, war kein Problem. Am letzten Tag haben wir ein früheres Frühstück bekommen, da wir zum Flughafen mussten. Bei jeder Frage wurde uns sofort geholfen!

En general, el personal era bastante amigable.

Llegamos y no había nadie en recepción, tuvimos que esperar 30 minutos para que nos avisaran que había un problema en el baño por lo que no nos podíamos quedar. Llegó otra persona y le pasó lo mismo. Luego, cuando nuestras piezas estaban "listas", el baño tenía un olor fuertísimo a desagüe, lo que no nos permitía ni estar en el baño ni tener la puerta abierta. No recomiendo el lugar

The host was very nice. The room was clean

It was very noisy, plumbing clicking in walls. We were not given the room we expected. We booked a large room with 2 big beds. We got a small room with 2 twin beds. We paid for a deluxe room but that isn’t what we got.
