- great owner + staff Ari, mercie ... - stunning View to the ocean from terace - Ari ( staff) Showed me the surroundings and let me get in Touch with the real local Life - nice Viewpoint behind the homestay - great place to relax straight down in the beach

- no WiFi hot Spot ( i Had indo Card so for me okay) but May for other travellers who havent could be a bit disappointing. - could be more hanging Options for clothes etc. in the room and in the Toilette!

Déjàvu is more than a homestay. It’s a family. There I felt truly at home. They welcomed me as one of their own, making me feel cared for and loved. Spending time with Ary is a gift. He is kind, fun, and always there for anything you might need. With him, you’ll also explore the beauty of the Maumere area in depth, and he will show you what life is like there and share his culture. Always good moments with him!!! He's just the BEST🫶🏼 A huge thank you to Ary and his family for making me feel so loved, for taking me everywhere, showing me such beautiful places, and teaching me your way of life. I love you all!💖 And beyond all this… Déjàvu Café Homestay is literally in the middle of paradise. Being there, surrounded by the sea and nature, has also been a true gift. And now they’ve renovated the bathroom, and it looks so beautiful! ✨ And...food is just incredible! Best barbacue fish ever! I spend there 3 weeks and I just left because I didn't have more time! BEST place ever🫶🏼 I'll be back soon keluarga saya🩷🙏🏼

Fantastic spot with incredible sunsets and sunrises, fantastic people and wow ! What a delicious food ! The rooms are clean. The prices are very low. We have spent 8 wonderful days with Ari and Ade. It has been such a wonderful experience. The beach is almost yours just down below the Deja Vu. We are leaving with tears !

Everything was just great ! The toilet are basic but Ari is going to renove them in the next days.

I love this place so much. Having a balcony to look out across the ocean was great. Ari was a fantastic host who treated me like family. I'd definitely stay here again if I was back in town. Thanks guys!

The location is looks over 2 bays. We enjoyed snorkelling at one of the bays just a few minutes walk down the hill, and at other bays near by. You can hear the ocean while you sleep. You can see sunrise in east & see sunset in west from the cafe ir a view point on the hill just above the cafe..The room and cafe are comfortable. I liked the foyer section in our room for storing our luggage, it has a large hook hanger and a big mirror. Our bedroom was light and bright. Our host, Ari (and his family) was amazing and the food was good. Thank you for your kind hospitality.

It’s a beautiful place, you have an incredible beach in front of you when you can do snorkeling between corals. The homemade food is delicious, breakfast the best. There is a hill behind to watch the sunset

Nice breakfast, amazing view. Very suitable if you want to avoid the crowd. Be prepared to share nice moments there.

This homestay is just wonderful. You have the beach right below for snorkelling and the hill for views and sunsets. Hari and the sisters make you part of their family from the moment you arrive. Caring and sharing, we cooked together and share time and laughter. We stayed 2 nights and wish we could spend more! Just genuinely kind people...

It's a bit far from town so better to have a scooter
